 Against Eastern Mennonite, Gavin Terpilowski posted a 10-2 singles win. Evan Hendrick & Conner Deal posted the teams' only other win in what proved to be an amazing doubles match. With his aggressive net play, Hendrick proved troublesome for the Eastern Mennonite duo. Deal picked up his game, to help his partner finally put away their  opponents with a nice 9-7 win.

The young Hawks team has a full week to practice hard and regroup for their third match of the season.
